I've just released my newest print, "Growth Hormone Disaster" in the online store. This drawing, a futuristic interpretation of a growth hormone experiment gone bad on the downtown streets (of my hometown) of Petaluma, California, once known as the "Chicken Capital of the World".
This is a very limited run of 50 prints.
Size: 11" x 14".
Printed with Archival Inks on Acid Free Velvet Cotton Rag. Each print is hand signed and numbered by the artist.

In conjunction with the show "Postcards From the Subconscious" in Portland, Oregon, I have created a series of six, limited edition postcards of selected pieces in the show. Each pack of six is hand signed and numbered through 250.
On the backs of the cards is one/sixth of a graphic I created. Put all six together to create one large image (kind of like what Garbage Pail Kids did back in the day). Each card is 4x6 and would look great in a small frame to hang on a wall in your home or office.
A small amount of sets were saved to sell online to people who could not attend the show. These will go quickly and at the price of $5.00, I suggest not waiting too long.

I've just re-released the shirt graphic I did for the Phoenix Theater. Originally printed in 2007, I've updated (originally, it was a 3-color graphic) and reprinted this popular design. This four color front and one color back graphic is printed on a heavy Gilden Ultra Cotton shirt.
Proceeds from this shirt will by donated directly to the Phoenix Theater. Help support this great cause and order your shirt today.
Sizes available: Medium - XXLarge. All shirts are shipped quickly, using USPS Priority Mail. Will ship worldwide. Paypal & major credit cards are accepted via the online store. If you are local (in Sonoma County), hit me up for a local delivery and save on shipping. Please e-mail ricky[at]rickywatts[dot]com with any questions.

Lately, I've been having some weird dreams... Weirder than usual.
Sometimes I wake up in a cold sweat, wondering why I just walked around my neighborhood, covered in what appears to be blood. Other nights, I'm being chased by a giant rooster or I've been trapped on a floating island of skyscrapers. In a therapeutic attempt to rescue my brain from the subconscious, I started recreating these scenes on paper and canvas, which really just made it worse because now I sit in my studio and obsessively stare at my bad dreams.
Thursday, October 1st, I'm going to unleash my newest works on the unsuspecting city of Portland, Oregon. Blacklist Gallery is the place to be on this First Thursday art walk. Join me for an exciting evening of drinks, music and art.
Exclusively for this night, I have created a series of six, limited edition postcards of selected pieces in the show. Each pack of six is hand signed and numbered.
Come through, say hi, kick me in the shins. If you can't make it to the show but have friends in Portland, please help spread the word.
Thursday, October 1st, 6-10pm
